CH and CN 250 are basically the same engine.

The CFMoto has a similar setup in the top half of the motor, but adds two forward gears rather than one.

The CN250/CH250 on a buggy will only have forward, neutral and reverse. The CFMoto 250 has Hi, Low, neutral, and reverse gears.

Some parts between these are interchangeable, some are not.

Does anyone know exactly what is interchangeable?

The Yamabuggy is a nice platform. Aircooled is simple but can lack power and durability.

The CH250 was in the honda Helix scooter and then was changed to the CN250 in 1986 for the new line up. Same motor, the letters designate new era/old era.
