theres no need for worries,i just thought we were talking i don't get upset over things like that.the only reason i got out of the topic was i felt like i was taking away from skinnyvinnys topic.
my folks and i had had talked about hatfield mccoy trails before they have a utv but no buggies was aloud. that wouldn't be to far to tavel for us to do sometime if things get better. i do envy the guys that can just take off and go. i have always had to plan and save a head and hope things worked out when the time came.i'm sure others have to do the same thing. now don't get me wrong i have got to do some things but as i have gotten older its just harder to do,you think that would be the other way around but not for me

Pud it''s like that for all of us. I'm lucky, or unlucky, to hve a slow season. So from Oct-Mar I can work things in. It liked to kill me to go to the bash. Thats prime time for me. I'm also lucky to have side jobs. I cant spend a penny if I dont have side work. Some times I even have to wait a day or so to pay BigE because I need my side money to come in.
Thats why I want to get more southern rides going. Theres alot of guy's who want to ride but cant just drive for day's.

pud glad to see no hard feelings.I know the feeling of trying to take time off and take long trips. With 3 sons still living at home and staying sick we would get one cured and then another would come down sick like a spinning wheel .The only reason I would have come to Turkey Bay was to meet some of the guys in person. As where you and I live there are hundreds of miles to trail run on just out side our back doors.Later. mancoman

like i said mancoman no problem.i don't keep up with alot of things but i believe you have more places to ride down that way now, then we have here now. things have changed up this way, places i could go last year can't now been posted.people get old die off property gets sold off alot to out of staters or companys that don't allow riding and of course lets not forget about all the laws.
chucko i understand what you mean and trying to get more closer rides. i think if it wasn't for the long drive and the number one thing money. and everybody could showed up thats here,it would be one rip snorting dust a flying, mud slinging bash.with a little touch of BSing

I for one would be up for a ride up that way. We got some friends up there that ride quads and utvs. Whats needed is some leg work. What parks? What accomodations do each park have? Prices? Rules? Trail or ride discriptions? Dry county or not
Then we pick a spot. Then a date. Then work out the food and camp and events if any.

ChuckO sounds good.Don't worry about the cold suds if it's close to here. Most conven stores have your favorite brew just buy and fly-at the end of the day when we are done buggying and at the motel or camp.A few cold ones and I'm ready for bed .SEE YA POPS. mancoman
I have a friend who lives in Clendinin and family in Parkersburg WV. Also work in Chantilly VA and friends in Galax and Richmond VA. Anywhere near there would be great. I can visit while Chuck goes to play!

Kristine Clendenin would the closest. It's only 25 minutes from where we live.I could start ChuckO at BUGGY GHOST TOWN then take him to the club and run the mountain trail and take him to the TOP OF THE WORLD and all the other trails as i have shown you in the photos. My 4yr old son would just have to go also. You and little Mason could visit with my wife and 16 month old Hunter my youngest son.Through the week my wife babysits a 3 month old boy,we love kids and babys.Let me know if interested Russell. mancoman
