I am planning on using a honda xl-75 motor since it is for my kids who are small, but I might bump that up to a larger motor later on since I want to take it up to coos bay oregon in the future. I am planning on putting the motor behind the driver then building a new swing arm that will go around the motor with flanges so I can attach the carrier bearing to it and use the blasters complete rear axle assembly. Tonight I am planning on building the pedal assembly unless the mrs. has other plans for me to do things. I know it is being build rear end backwards, I am just trying to do what I can do with the material that I have. I can't wait to get started on the cage though, then it will really start to look like something, thanks for the replys ,,, Justin

That will be an awsome kids buggy man. They'll love it. Make it big enough to grow into and then upgrade as needed

Got the pedal assembly almost done, got drill some holes out at work to fit the pivot system I am using, it is a 1/2" tubing with a 3/8 all thread through it, I will post more pics of the final assembly mounted

thats a good idea for the pedals, if you use the rear from the atv will you need to lengthen the axes to get it as wide as a 150 buggy?

He could use a 3" spacer on each side and flip the atv wheels and that would make it wide enough.
