Cool... good to see you here.

We're still very new here and only partially indexed on the search engines as of yet. Hopefully others will start finding us soon too.

Spread the word, man.

As far as a 2004 vision goes... I not even aware of that one yet.

Where did you get it? Who distributes it?

Be sure to post some pictures in the Album section so we can see it. Especially the engine/exhaust details.

Not much of a website.......
http://www.visionmotorsport.com/

I got mine form Nixa Hardware in Nixa, Missouri.
As far as I can tell it is the exact same thing as the KPX Extero 150cc
2 seat. I just ordered a new pipe and intake from Eastside.....Hope it
fits!!!!

It should... boy, they have a little of everything there. Including pierspeed/awesome buggys titan type 250s.

I don't specifically see yours on the website anylonger... maybe they changed over to the other style... blade/dazon type carts for 2005.

Make sure East Side sends you the right main jet. They sent the wrong size to Kelly originally. At or near sea level it would be in the 120 to 122 range.

Stick with 120. In higher elevations jet size needs to go down due to thinner air.

120 should be fine... you're not that high up.

To be certain you can do a plug read.

Let's take this conversation to Buggy Banter.

Eastside sent a 145, I ended up going with a 140 which works great! Stock was a puny 108.

So 145 wasn't that far off, and it would run fine with it. My elevation is 400', a little while back it started to run rich at the same time I was making other mods so I re-jetted all the way down to a 120. I then found out my choke was mal-functioning so I fixed that and put the 140 back in. Nice crisp throttle response now.

good luck, eastside will get your elevation and should ship you the right one, or very near close to it. Sorry for the mis-understanding, I spoke too soon a while back, although 145 was a little too rich.

Kelly
