With the new FMF factory4 exhaust it has a heck of a lot more power, it acts like a ANIMAL ON STERIODS!! for those of you who asked....IT BE BAD!!!!!
Too rich or too lean I don't know, but Eric is jetting it in and getting it right!
I cant wait to get it out on the trails and RIP IT UP!!!!!

Man thats great. BigE will get it done. Believe me it can be time consuming to get things just right. I went with a new internal core super trapp.Should be here real soon [-o<

That's what I'm going to do. I picked up a brand new T-4 pro circuit exhaust for $95 off craigslist, last night. The seller had 3 White Bros aluminum pro's also, but the T-4 said tunable end caps.

Well the fmf did'nt offer enough tunability for me. Like the east side pipe is tuned for a gy6 and will give you a big boost. Now if you cut or bend that pipe you change the tuning. If is tuned for a kx250 it's made to optomize flow and back pressure for that motor. Thats not to say it wont work on a yz250 but will it optomize the performance? This is how it works with any exhaust. If I had a 250 instead of 150 then I think the fmf would have been nice. I could'nt find one in my cc range and I was worried I could'nt fine tune it to my motors best performance. With the trapp I can tune for a 50cc or 1000cc no problem

Oh the east side would'nt fit my buggy with out changing the bends and thus the tunning.

I cut the stock pipe 6" from the muffler and had an adapter made from 1 3/8" to 2" at an exhaust shop and slipped on the Factory4. Eric said it wouldn't effect the back pressure and would work fine, He was right again! it screams! A big difference in power, It has ..UNLEASHED THE BEAST!!!!

Yes but you have a much larger engine then I. If a 400cc pipe was good for a 150cc motor then there would only be one muffler in the world. You picked a great exhaust for your motor I just dont see it working as good on a small motor. For that you would strap a fmf to the lawn mower, car, rv, and any thing else. Performance exhaust are meant to perform and out side of there application they fail to do that. At least at there peak. If I would have found a fmf for lets say a 150- 200cc motor then I would have went that way as well. But all the deals were either on smaller or larger :D Either way I'm glad you got the performance you were looking for. I want to hear it now

For rvtek888, after driving your buggy around with the new exhaust what is your impression on how it performs? Did it lose low end, is it louder, etc?

For Chuckorlando, did you get your Supertrapp IDS2, is it quiet core, how do you like it?

I am looking for a pipe upgrade for the Kinroad and want to know what you guys think.

I put a FMF Powercore Turbine2 on my Roketa and honestly feel its given me an all around power gain, haven't had a chance to get into carb lately because of work to get correct jet but even with wrong jet I feel a difference.
As for how loud, its a lot louder than the stock that was on there. Now I can't hear the passenger at all when going full throttle. Good thing and bad thing, more of good. :P
