Here is a drawing for a single seat car for a motorcycle engine. It has dual a-arms front and back. Have a look and give me some criticism on the overall machine.

Overall I like your design. It looks pretty well thought out. I think I'd like to see your b-pillar move back behind the seat. Plus, if you do that, you can run a cross bar to mount your harnesses, and you can come off of the pillar for your rear shock mount.

You're right, I wasn't thinking rear a-arm. You do want your shocks fairly perpendicular to the a-arms at mid travel. You may want the tops of the shocks a little inboard relative to the bottom. Are you planning on single or double a-arms for the rear?
