The fuel tank on my sunl 250 needs replaced. With less than half a tank the fuel will slosh and the engine sucks air.

Has anyone replaced theirs? What did you use?
I have thought about making a two piece one that is tall and narrow.

Thanks, Robert

I bought a 2 1/4 gal. aluminum fuel cell for my buggy, but haven't installed it yet, so can't tell you how it works. Got it on ebay from www.coyote-gear.com

They have a bunch of sizes and options that might work for you.
They sell on ebay and direct.

Rob

Thanks for the help. After I posted this I remembered the fuel cell.
Let me know how it works out. I think the main reason for my trouble is that the tank is too wide and doesn't have any baffles.
