By the way, I am trying to put together a hop up kit which will include the jets, tube, slow jet, needle, a pipe, intake, K&N, and a larger head for aroun $600, what do you guys think?

No promises but I think it would be killer!!!!

That sounds pretty cool, Stu.

Yeah, look at this quote:

"YOST" CARBURETOR POWER TUBE
The "Power Tube" from Yost Performance Products adds performance to S & S and Keihin carburetors. It works by atomizing the incoming fuel to a fine mist. The result is better combustion, crisper throttle response and a smoother running engine. The solid brass construction is compatible with all fuels and comes complete with easy-to-follow instructions.

Kind of the same thing the side hole drilling is trying to achieve I guess.

Cool... I have to go see if I can find a set of those drill bits.

And then try NOT to loose them.

I don't know, a 2-3hp increase on a 1340cc engine, I don't like the math for a 150cc, I never felt a difference on my dads.

they've been getting harley riders money for some time now!

Ah well... I need a set of these bits anyway. So I'll pick some up and give it a try. Worse case, I have to get new jets if I don't like it.
