4 month ago me and a buddy each bought a roketa gk-34A 800cc 4 seater from gokartsusa and would never do it agin. the price was good and they were easy to talk to at first, but as soon as i got it, and had a problem with it he didnt want to talk, even though i got a 3 month warrenty. the fuel pump didnt work. but they made the sale and now they could care less. when I call they just hang up. same with my buddys they forgot the desert radiator kit and lug nuts and now they said they are not going to send because they dont have to.
Do you live close to them.If you did I would drive my buggy over there and tie them to the back and drag them around until they understood what customers service means.LOL James
