Hey guys, I have a 2007 HH 250ss....does anyone know what the stock weight rollers are in this? I would like to upgrade the slidders and spring but not loose too much low end power and make a little more top end speed. I have the HH performance kit on this (intake, jets, exhaust) and will be ordering the Dr. Pulley clutch (stock one is shot), variator and kevlar belt. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i believe the stock rollers are 23g. a good set-up for the variator is 17g sliders and either a white or red main spring. if you need a belt i would recommend the stock mitsoboshi belt, not an aftermarket kevlar. there is a difference. sounds like you have the rest done already..

I would go with 18g sliders and a white main torque spring. You will probably find that both low end and upper does better with this combination. You do not need a new variator unless yours is worn/damaged. After you upgraded the intake, exhaust and jets did you verify that you were running with an optimum mixture by checking your spark plug color?

BBK means Big Bore Kit. Don't forget the UNI filter. The stock box air filter is trash and will ruin you engine. Get rid of it asap.
