I CALLED ABOUT THE PGO A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO( I THINK THE COMPANY WAS SOMETHING LIKE HABUSA CUSTOMS) & THE GUY SAID THEY WERE GONNA BE ABOUT 7 TO 8K . HE SAID THEY WERE WORKING ON THE CARB REGULATIONS FOR THE STATES . HE ALSO SAID THEY WERE SHOOTING FOR MARCH AS WELL. THAT IS SUCH A GOOD-LOOKING RIDE !!! A LIL' PRICEY FOR ME THOUGH .

Did you notice how soft that suspension was. It was bouncing all over the place. It did soak up the bumps.
I want to test drive the Yamabuggy so bad...
I think that is the problem with a lot of these buggies, they are Euro spec'd and they do a LOT of driving on road, that's why they also come with street tires over there. We are stuck getting alot of stuff we don't really need (geared high, blinkers? etc.) I'm pretty sure this whole mini buggy sport originated in Europe anyway, we seem to be a couple of years behind them in importing the equivalent models.
I had the impression while driving the Yamabuggy it was a little softly sprung as well, I think I read that in a review in a magazine as well? I doubt it would bother me too much unless really hammering it though.

I'm sure if those French buggies had better tires, they would not need the ATVs towing them up the inclines (no I don't even call those hills). You could see their treads packing with mud and not clearing. Those looked like farm field roads - I wonder what the farmers thought of them tearing up their access to the fields? We have to keep outsider perception positive about us.
Here is the youtube video of an oxobike I found sometime ago, looks like more of a trail buggy than the PGO (maybe a made for street buggy version?) . When I searched the oxobike I believe it has a 500cc CFMOTO engine. and was available in the Netherlands...?? What the?? Why no 500cc in the US? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSUjCcB-dd4
I'm real curious about the Dazon 450 sidewinder that has a Suburu engine. Maybe a tad wide for trails but here in AZ thats not a problem. I wonder if these little Suburu engines are as reliable as the car engines? I know there's some excitement over the yamabuggy but seems to me Suburu has had a name for quite sometime.
If any Dealer in AZ has the Dazon please PM me as I want more info. I'd love a 1100cc or even 800cc but kind of looking for more easy cruising for the wife and older kids.
Curious to hear from anyone with experience with the Suburu engines.... mods available?? realiable??? those sorts of things.. Thanks in advance!
