First of, I would like to say that this is going to be my First Buggy. And hopefully it will be a pleasureable and pleasant experience.
I'm looking to take this buggy on trails with my friends and ride on my property. So, I'm definitely going to put this buggy in good use.
After several weeks of reading on this forum, I decided to register today and hopefully get your input, opinions and help in deciding on my New Buggy.
It Must be a 150cc Two Seater.
After reading so many posts here on BN, I made my decision that the 150cc must come from one of these makes: HammerHead, Blade, Carter, Joyner or Kinroad.
I'm looking for a dealer(s) that has great customer service & offers a Complete Warranty Protection that the Buggy can be serviced close by to my home, where it can be taken for repairs.
Dealer that has these type of service also: Performance Upgrades for my Make/Model Replacement Parts for my Make/Model Certified Mechanic on Staff to help me if needed
The 150cc Must have these Features: Trailer Hitch (Must) Reverse Seat Belts Great Off-Road Suspension
Having some Climbing Power and getting out of Mud, would be nice also.
Feel free to Private mesage or email me.
Thanks, PatNY

Well Joyner no longer sells the 150 here, and there are really no 150's that come with a good suspension. I would suggest you step up to a 250. The interiors are larger on most models so creature comfort will be better, they will have better pulling power for that trailer, and there are several models with long travel suspensions. I think some of the 250's may have hitches, if not that is an easy mod.

The 250's are wider though. Keep that in mind. I like to have projects so the 150 suits me better for my first buggy. My next will be a 300 more than likely. Out side of basic mods that would be left stock. The 150 though, thats a project for a long time to come. On trails there wont be much if any advantage to a 250 over 150. I do like the suspension on alot of the 250 though. I will have 1600 in my buggy when the motor gets done and 2000 when I do the carb and what nots. This includes the cost of the buggy. I'm not seeing any 250 out doing my 150 on any thing but top end. At least not by enough to be worth bragging. And yes we can test this theory

You CAN find a dealer with excellent customer service and warranty plans but having it serviced near your home may be difficult unless you buy one near your home. If you buy online, you may be the one in charge of service and repair.
The Kinroad 250 does have a hitch. Hey, since your from Orange County, maybe the boys at OCC could build you a stretched out custom buggy............. JMHO

Is there a particular reason it HAS to be a 150? Nothing against 150's but once you get into it you're gonna wish you had more oomph. You might not think so but I've heard that before, heck I've SAID that before and boy was I wrong!

Now dont get me wrong jody. I'm not saying a 250 wont out perform a 150. Even a highly modded one. I'm saying on a tight trail run I'll have all the bottom end I could need to keep up. If you do out run me it wont be by enough to brag about how you stomped me. I will race you though Or any one else for that matter. As long as its not for pinks
