You might be right regarding the fab work on the bracket. But can you still match the cable I showed in the pic? If not, maybe I'll have to go OE. With regards to jetting, I have a UNI on it already with some exhaust planned...but the way the pipe wraps around the cage, it needs to be cut/extended since the PO added additional frame support for the cage. I will show in another pic later. Took it out for a little test spin - had a tough time pulling me up a hill - I think the rollers may need swapping - have some 9 or 10gram units in a box that I'll try over the weekend.

So that sleeve goes over the cable housing area? Looks different than the others posted. And, yes, I still need the cable - have to set aside some funds 1st.

On another note, my 16YO took the buggy out for a little romp...I think he was a tad rough on it. I notice when I try to push the buggy backwards, it binds up - like the axle or something binds, then releases. I though bent axle?? I cannot tell, but it has two mounting locations - so bending it would be hard to do - no? Any ideas? Things to check? :?

the sleeve screws onto the cable and slides over the shaft on the box.

I would check the chain tensioner, chain and the belt, does it move when the engine is running?

Hmm - is the chain supposed to be tight? Or should it have some slack? Right not is has some slack. And yes, it moves ok when running. I just noticed the binding when pushing it either forward or backward. My thinking with the slack on the chain comes from working on dirt bikes - as the chain on the swing arm needs slack.

And how much does that cable run? And a GY6 Ignition solenoid, while I'm at it? Thanks!

1/2 - 3/4" ? I think mine may have a tad more. Think that'll cause the binding?
