Another first place. Only this time she smoked ALOT of the TK's by placing 4th overall after starting last. When I fired it up on the starting line to warm it up, the TK's parents were....well ummm ...shocked. I just said we just changed the air cleaner again..... I am working on the pics. She messed up on the line by hitting neutral(newbe) but passed her starting partner within a half lap. http://www.photoreflect.com/pr3/Orderpa ... o=68&pc=82 http://www.photoreflect.com/pr3/Orderpa ... o=33&pc=82

No the Joyner hasn't raced yet. The girl that drives it is a tad scared yet. She is driving it a getting used to it so far. We need to strap her in and tip it over to get her used to that. By next season, hopfully, a couple more buggies will join the ranks and get more of these buggies racing.

Hey S&S Sorry I am jumping in late here-that is awesome! I have been looking into the long travel front ends (Club Car specific) for a while now to fix my GTR 250s crappy front end. My question was always the spindles....on the HH you have the combined integrated strut/spindle setup too right? So the question is-how did you adapt the long tavel kit's spindles to accomodate your hubs from the HH? I have been looking into this setup since I had my 150(same front end)...but my skills are not where yours are-so I need to copy cat your style! If thats okay....you do some NICE work man! Funny-that is exactly what I was looking at for years-Club Car setup and all! Thanks -34

We reused the stock HH spindles. The 2 little tabs that hold them on were modified alot to fit the new knuckles. The tabs were made out of 1/4" plate and welded on AFTER the stock spindles were welded on. Was a bit of work but it wont bend there. The weak point is the upper arm which costs $35.00 new. I hope you do this, it really is a great swap. It added 19" to my WB and it still fits in a long bed P.U. barely. I have a enclosed trailer that I use. Also it's about 2" wider than stock in front. Not bad considering it now has 13" of front travel. One other thing, the streched plastis front did NOT have brakes. Thats why we used the stock spindles.
