I am new to the forum and I don't see a introduce youself, so I'll do it this way. Name is Shane and my daughter is Morgan :D :D My daughter and I acquired a '06 HH 250 with almost no miles, the price was right and she rode it at Glamis for about a year. This last december we decided to enter her in a whiplash off road race. No know if she'd like it, the buggy was left stock. Well she ended up winning her class (china lite youth) and is now hooked. The first things I had to mod were the stock cage, and tank. A cell is mandantory as well as a welded cage. After her 3rd win it's now on to bigger netter upgrades like cutting the whole front of the buggy off and new suspension I'll custom fab. The rear we robbed some front snowmobile fronts and the rear now has around 12" of travel. Here are some pics of the build, enjoy.
No mods.....rack removed....

After the first "grce race" the cage and tank had to go. A SFI cell and much better cage were built up. I also straightened out all the dead end nodes the factory does....

The cage took about a week of after hours work. It did OK at the dunes (more power) she dropped off Olds with it. The motor and CVT are stock right now. All I did was build an exhaust for it, remove the air box lid, and rejet the carb to a 137. It runs great. Oh it also runs 110 fuel.
