well here's the finished product. Spacers are on the front hubs and fit quite nicely with the 22x11x8 on the stock rims Also put 23x11x10 itp mudlites on the stock rear rims no spacers needed Did a rear suspension upgrade as well. Used two rear banshee shocks set at the softest settings Then just the usual air intake, exaust, rollers, blue main spring, etc etc
overall I'm happy with the performance and hope it can pull in the sand as we're planning some sand trips to St. George UT, GlamisCa, and Oregon dunes in 2009.
Thanks again for all the helpful replies guys......I just dropped the hammer on a set of these for $55.00 shipped.....i'll be using on the front and hope they don't stress the balll joints too badly......Alex
WOW alex those spacers look awesome where did you get them?
I want to do the exact same thing on the front of my yerfdog.
Can you please post more specs on the spacers.
I already have 22 x 11 x 8 on the rear, if this could make it happen on the front
oh my god
Anybody have any idea where to get hubs?
preferably with the same bolt pattern on the spacers as on the back?
That way I only need to carry one spare tire.
Are you watching this thread "Peter the Great" LOL.....
Just kidding pghruby
I could really use your help on this one.

I gave up trying to find 4x110mm front hubs for the Yerf when I found out that 4x4" or 4x100mm rims are used on the rear of Polaris quads. I found some use 10x8 rims with 3+5 offset and way able to mount 22x8-10 front tires. you should be be able to use 22x10-10, 22x11-10, 22x12-10, 23x8-10, 23x10-10 or 24x8-10 tires without any other modifications or spacers
I want to do the exact same thing on the front of my yerfdog.
IMO: you would be better off using the upgraded front spindles from Buggydepot. these would allow you use the tire/ wheel of choice without the need for spacers and they are a lot safer too! The stock yerf spindles are notorious for failure. The stock spindles can be upgraded simple enough if you are handy with a welder.

File comment: The stock spindle shaft replaced with 3/4 , longer shaft to allow for larger/ wider wheels on the fromt. the shaft is welded through the spindle with a backing plate yerf heims 010.jpg [ 648.89 KiB | Viewed 5 times ]
File comment: I chose a 4/4 front hub with 3/4 id bearings because they are easy/ cheap to replace with a lot of front wheel options that fairly inexpensive. I found I tear up the expensive aftermarket wheels just as fast as the cheap stuff so why not make it easy/ ch yerf heims 014.jpg [ 653.86 KiB | Viewed 5 times ]
