I would not hold my bretah waiting on a bigger bore kit or a cam. rvtech, I would put that baffle in that muffler and change the rollers if you want more bottom end.
I know that thing will run 60 and changing the rollers will slow it down add add more bottom end

RVTec, you didn't come across to me like that, LOL. Not to mention, I like a smarta$$es better than dumba$$!
On the buggy we haven't done to much other than what Eric did when we bought it, 15 gram sliders, red main spring, uni, re-jet. I've got some rollers ordered. We did by pass the emmisions due to the fact that the charcoal? box came loose, hit the exhaust pipe, melted and left us sitting. By removing that stuff it seemed to add more power/grunt (maybe its just psychological). We're looking better low end to deal with the type of riding we do a little better.
I had a 2007 Yamaha Raptor 700 (just sold it) that was heavily modified. When I first got it it was pretty fast, would run around 70-75. It was corked up from the factory. I ended up doing a big bore kit, turbo charger, new HP sprockets and chain, new pipe, header, ignition system, air filter, intake, the list goes on and on. It was putting out 109hp on the dyno and would run around 110+ mph and would get there as fast as you changed the gears.
I like speed. I also had a Mustang that would run mid 7's in the 1/4 mile. Soon, we're going to build another car. With the buggy (and considering that its my daughters) I want it to be as capable as possible without loosing to much top end, although I know its a game of give and take. She wants it to go faster (I guess she's like me in that respect). I was joking with her yesterday and asked her what did she think about me taking the engine out and installing a hayabusa engine. Her eyes lit up like Christmas until I finally told her I was kidding. We'll save that project for a later date!

I did put the quite core in it and it did make a pretty good difference. what rollers would you suggest to replace my 15g sliders? 10g rollers maybe?

Sounds good, I'm in the process of moving, when I get the time maybe in a couple of weeks i will bring it down so you can change them out and put on my new break light at the same time. btw that new turn signal works good but i did notice the rubber housing is alot more wiggly than the stock ones are.

For you Kinroad 300 owners looking for gearing changes I heard from AB Powersports today that the top sprocket is from a Yamaha Banshee. I cant guarantee this but if someone is looking for a gearing change a quick trip (with your old sprocket) to the Yamaha dealer may be all you need for a gearing change.
