It's really easy with Windows Movie Maker. You just select the files then put them on the timeline. You can trim the clips, add titles, transitions, or just save it like it is.

I'd have to sell the EZ-GO but the rest of the family is kinda' attached to it. We can all ride together so no one sits at home.
