127.5 to 130 seems to give nice results after those mods.

I had a 125 in it from them to begin with. That backfired and ran too lean. No amount of air/fuel adjustment would help. Put in a 130 and then a 135 with the same results. I believe they screwed something else up when they took the engine apart to attempt an HP cam install, which they claimed they were unable to do.

I would like to see those pictures. I have the same model. Right now, it is in Eastside being fixed. The carb was puking gas. They fixed that, put on a HP kit and rejetted it for higher altitude. It ran worse when they were done than before. If your mods work well, I may buy them and do the install myself. Eastside does not impress.

Yeah, bet the timing is off now. Maybe only 1 tooth off, but that makes a big difference.

Okay, here are the pics. I really wanted to make something people could use, so a wrote up a step-by-step guide to changing the CVT rollers/clutch and spring. If anyone notices any mistakes let me know.

I don't remember if you mentioned roughing up the inside of the bell surface some. If it was used a while and looks like a smooth glass surface on the inside where the pads contact, the new pads will slip and could burn out rather fast.

Good idea. I did not rough the inside of the bell up, but my kart only had about ten hours on it. Not glazed yet. I'll add that to the guide and repost it after all additions are suggested. Thanks. Oh, and yes, the Dew is good! A little too good. I think I have a problem.
