This is an outstanding upgrade guide. I have a sunl 150 and believe I can and will do this using your guide. Thank you very much for the time and effort.

I personally like the buggy lift.
Nice report, wish I did the roller replacement/clutch when I replaced my belt, added to my to-do list.

Yo Cary, Glad you got the goods ok. The ball bearings go in the groove the original spring sat in, (the opposite of the end you put the big nut against to assemble it). The gold colored ring then goes on top of them, forming the top of the bearing race, the spring sits on top of that, then it goes as you took it apart. Use a SMALL amount of wheel bearing grease on the balls to hold them in place and lube them. You may have a few extra balls, save them for when you loose some later :D . Carl

OH BOY got my spring and rollers in no problem. works great big improvement over the stock! got one question though my spring came with littlr ball bearings and round plate with a groove in it the original plate the spring was in is made on to the pulley the new plate wuoldnt fit in it and i sure wasnt going to beat it of so i put the new spring in the plate like it was without the ball bearings. The new spring is much stronger than the stock one! I definitly have better take off and lots better staying power i tell ya man i love it well worth the money!!!!!!! OK WHOS GOT A JET AND A UNI.?! im READY TO GO. ok i got to go nearly time for the ballgame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ROLLLLLLLLLLLLLTIDEROLLL!!!!!
