You're thinking of the 2.0 version mounted to aircraft. The original idea right out of Terminator - SkyNet.

And if you cannot out spend them, give away your product for free (subsidized by other product sales) until the competition shrivels up due to lack of revenue. I live 20 miles from this monster...
