Thanks John, It will look awesome with the welds cleaned up and a triple dip in ceramic coat. Ya I probably could fit one in there but a blow thru carb can be tricky.
All our testing is done on 89 gas for a good honest baseline with nothing hidden, It will obviously produce more hp on race or 92 and race mix.
I can tell you boost is between 7 and 15 psi thats all I will say, boost psi is the key with small cc's. All our r&d would be out the window if I disclosed the exact spec's.

I posted a photo with the waste gate pot shown, yes this unit shown is adjustable just for "testing" but the kit will be preset to the perfect psi and non-adjustable!
The pot opens the waste gate at a given psi and exhausts any excess boost.

Later W.C.

A-W-E-S-O-M-E !!!!

Any idea on price? Magnitude is all I need. $125, $250, $500, $1000, $1500, or $2000?

Now that's a HP gain and would mean that I could get a 250cc with a turbo that would compete or surpass the 400cc buggy (w/o it's own turbo of course).

jcnc,
probably in the future but it takes time to do it rite, anyone can throw a turbo at an engine but it took three turbo's to find the correct one for the 250.

TeamHog,
I dont think I can put a price on B/N?? I thought it was a rule maybe I'm wrong but I dont want to pi$$ anyone off, I like it here.
Look out for the four hundred  We are developing the turbo for the Yamabuggy as we speek.

I will post a dyno soon for the 250, even though I took a beating on my 800 dyno with a few guys that couldent produce one for there own turbo and didnt belive in dyno's.
Thats why GM , Ford , Dodge and every other major manufacturer lives and dies by the dyno for every new model!!
Probably cuz dyno's are not trustworthy :D

We like having you around too, so let's ask Jabo if you can post the price.

What do you think Jabo, can WC post the price of his Turbo?

lol... W.C., always a gentleman!!!! lol... Thanks for bing so pursuasive!!! now I wnat that darn blade single agian!!!! I know I cant afford it... I just need it now!!! hahahahaha....

As per price, could you email me on some figures? racemybuick@yahoo.com

I love the style, and it looks like very limited piping!!! that is a HUGE plus when a hairdryer is in use!!!

non-adj wastegate huh??? That was one of the big pain in the @$$es on my last two buicks... threading the rod, and fashioning up the bracket for the puck!!!! lol... My last GN ran 22 psi on a stock turbo....I just got a call last week, the car ran 10.51 at 129mph, and he only changed a couple things I didnt!!! the turbo being one of them!!! lol...

I am so big on turbo machines and such, I made my students do a project last year about them!!! lol... Great work!!!

John :D

Yes ,very to the point piping , nothing like simplicity..

I know I like to have the adjustable rod too, but you gota see it from my side of the fence also. I know from testing what works best and thats where it is set . All I need is someone jacking it up to 25 pounds and blowing chunks of piston and valves out thru the turbo then giving me a call that my kit failed.
You know someone would do that ( LIKE ME  )

Aftermarket parts are an exception to these price listing rule. We do allow the posting of pricing details on aftermarket parts at BuggyNews.com
