Hi, got a couple of quick questions.
Im in the UK and I believe my joyner has been restricted (purchased 2nd hand with 300 miles on the clock). I have not had a look at the carb or anything yet but if anyone has any info about how the buggy is resrticted it would be a great help.
Also when the buggy is at low revs and pulling it seems to bog down (never stalled) and if ya put your foot down a little more its fine. Ive been reading the forums and it sounds like the problem is the jets? When purched I was told the jets had been upgraded and the buggy does have the uprated exhaust and air filter.
The that technical but I am wanting to learn more so any help or pointers would be great.

There are no restrictive plates in the US versions of the Joyner. Typically they would sit between the carburetor and head. What color are your spark plugs? This will tell us if it is running too rich or lean...
