hey all. wondering if anyone has had to replace the ball joints in the Joyner 800 yet. and if so, did you have to replace the entire a-arms, or is there a way to replace the joints. I haven't torn into it yet until i know what i have to do. I can replace all 4 a-arms for under 200 bucks but would rather not.
thanx for any help.

Any word on this? If you got new arms where from?

I lost a ball joint today, going to press it out and see if I can match it.

This is your part number

#35 D800.02.01.00.03 800 MVA ROD END BEARING, CONTROL ARM

They list at $13.48 on JMC. I have another source for these rod ends that include a grease fitting for $12.50

Let me know if interested and we can get some rounded up for you .

Thanks Glade!

I think that PN is for the A arm to frame joint isn't it? I am looking for the arm to spindle.

You need the radial bearings: D800.02.01.00.02 or D800.02.01.00.01

According the manual it is a 42x20x16x25?

Well, this is actually for a GK-32. It's an 05 and I pressed out what was left of the lower ball joint (connected to the spindle or axle). The Roketa ones are not servicable but I am hoping to convert it to something that is OR replace the entire lower swing arm if I HAVE to.

Helpfull? 8-[
