I have a Kasea LM150IIR buggy that I have inherited to repair and cannot find any kind of manuals for it. I would appreciate any help that can be provided.

Most of the 150 buggies are very similar. The manual for the Carter Talon 150 should be close enough to help you.

I appreciate the service manual but the case that I have is that the buggy caught on fire and I have 2 boxes of parts and need a picture of the assembled motor and fuel supply system. I am a car mechanic and can figure most things out but I would like to have a finished look at what it should look like after its done.

Thanks Mike B.

great pics of the carb the view that would really help is from the drivers side looking at the carb from the wheel I am figuring out the fuel lines I see one at the bottom of the fuel bowl and a similar line above it, and also there is an open port right next to the fitting at the bottom of the fuel bowl that seems to do nothing. I also assume that the fuel cut off valve and the diaphram on the bottom of the fuel tank share vaccum from the fitting on the intake. Please tell em if I am bombing you to hard on this I am a complete noob when it comes to this stuff thanks Mike B.

the fitting on the bottom of the carb is a drain for the fuel bowl. the intake has a fitting that connects to the line from the the vacunm chamber on the top of the carb to a tee that then runs to the bottom of the fuel petcock, the line from the top of the petcock runs to the side of the carb.

will get some more pics tomorrow
