Today was sunny and about 70 in Middle Tenn. A perfect Indian summer day. And the MTSU Blue Raiders won today 34-17. 7-3 overall, 5-1 in conference. Looks like we're going to a bowl game.

This weekend was great and we did some runs with the buggy.

At first I thought we were going to post some bad news about the numbers but it turned out vinny's intake was cracked 3/4 around. Like a moron I couldn't think of what the problem was, I kept looking for problems everywhere except the intake.

special note for middle age folks: I noticed this break a while ago and completely forgopt about it. Middle age totally Bucks

The good news is with the busted intake it was still running quick at the start up. And I also did a hill climb which showed a lot of promise if not for the stalling.

I took off 3 more days of vacation time so I can complete the test. I just finished cutting the motor mount crossmember and refitting it so I could install a new intake and run the slide carb, I let little vinny sand prime and paint it so i can do some more testing Monday.

Sorry guys, I'll try to get it right ASAP.

We just got the Dyno done on our new DR2 variator and have our new web site up now!
http://kidnmeparts.com/public_home/public_perfparts/public_variator-kits.html

This just confirms what we felt when driving.
Great run all through the powerband!
A "tunable" variator kit and vented too!
