Hello to all I am new to the buggy world this much I do know kinroad cn 250cc motor are hard to get parts for I am looking for a starter clutch and engine gaskets any help would be great thanks for taking the time to read this post

Took the starter out and you can turn the starter gear in the engine with your finger. Hook starter up to battery and it works just like it should . How this happen was out riding around and shut off the buggy went to start it back up and the starter motor runs but the engine does not turn over
