Cant belive it, still doing the same thing, am at the end of my teather, just worn out with it, ive had it almost 6 months and never been out on it, taken the gear box etc apart and out about 10 times nopw,
PLEASE HELP lol here are a few more vids, really need some advice tryed everything

that sounds like there is a bearing bad that is heating up and causeing it to lock up and stall the engine. do you have gear lube in the tranny or grease

gear lube, ep 80, it doesnt normaly stall, its just that noise like something is jumping out of gear as pick up speed, does the gear rood thing look right ? did u see thge other vid where i was putting the gearbox back together ? thought maybe i had the thrust washer in wrong place ? its on my utube thingy, so worn out now just dont know what to do

the shift rod looks like its going to far in forward gear. mine had a high temp bearing grease in it, thats what I put back in it when I had to rebuild it. worked smooth. I would adjust the linkage some more, I had to adjust all the rod ends to get it right. also check the triangle part that the rods hook to for enough clearance

what should the triangle bit look like ? what end should i adjust to sort out the forward then ? its werid cos feels great in reaverse also feels like has more power in reverse,

reverse is geared lower so it will act like it has more power, where the triangle part is attached mine was rubbing the bracket. make sure it has some clearance in there

Not sure what u mean really ? looks like everything is rubing under there lol do u use msn at all ? irll get a few vids of whats going on under there, just did some fidling and then when in netural and went to put in either forward or reverse made nasty noise as if stuf was all ready turning or sumin

there is a mounting bracket that the triangle part mounts to. make sure its not touching anything. I would start at the shifter end and get that lined up good and then work your way back
