Can anyone direct me in finding a K&N set up. What has worked best ? Thanks

fuel injected or carb? The information is needed to answer both your questions regarding air intake and water temp sensor. I'm only familiar with the carb models, myself.

I had used this filter prior to adding the turbo. Must get an air filter wrap also. RC-O860 low profile with chrome top.
Must have a 62mm or 2.5" flange inside diameter for what ever filter you buy

I ran this with this K&N set up with the prefilter:

Just fit under the stock gas tank.
