Joyner will ship it to you you with either a title or an MSO. If I have a title listing it as a "Buggy" or "rail", all I have to do is pass a state inspection for a "kit" car.

I did find an company that will insure the Roketa for street use. Progressive. The key is to go to your local office instead of calling a representative.
