I know this is getting old, look on the first page there are several threads saying the same thing but I know why. BIGE and McDonough Powersports are great. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Their have great pricing, great insight, a wide variety of parts, and their shipping is fast. They are not pushy and they don't treat the uneducated buggy owner like they are second class. When I got my buggy it wasn't running and BIGE and the other forum owners help me get it running. I wish more companies were like this. Thanks for all your help and it is a pleasure doing buisiness with you Eric (BIGE)! I would recomend McDonough to anyone!

Instead of making a new post, thought I'd just add one here. A big thank you to McDonough for fast service and getting the right part to me. The plastic shifter thingy broke, so I ordered a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the new one was cast metal. I was wondering when someone would make these things where they wouldn't break. They should have known plastic splines would not hold up. Looks like the next upgrade is going to have to be the rear wheel hubs. The spline on the hub side is about gone causing wheel looseness . Is there anything you can do to upgrade. maybe drill a hole through the hub and axle to put a pin?? Or is the axle hardened ? Are the aftermarket hubs made out of better stuff?

Glad you got the part ok, I dont know of anything that can be done about the rear hubs. my wifes are the same way and all the other 150 I have seen are like that. I just retighten after every ride, mine havent show enough signs of wear to be replaced yet

Yes, mine still grabs good enough that the tire spins. Just waiting for it to start spinning in the hub though.
