About 2-3 weeks ago I decided after reading reviews on the Kinroad 300, that I was going to buy my daughter one. I contacted Eric with McDonough Powersports. He was upfront and honest with me from start to finish and did EVERYTHING he said he was going to do. He gave me his best price right from the start. I had him do a few modifications as well, which he did at a very reasonable price-A+.

We talked about delivery, I live in NC and McDonough Powersports is located in Georgia. To make it easier (and a little more cost effective) Eric suggested we meet halfway. Eric showed up 5 minutes after we got there (very prompt) which was another A+ for McDonough Powersports.

Eric and his wife Terri are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I feel very good about my purchase and the dealer I chose to buy from. My main concerns were service after the sale, good communication (as well as price). So far Eric has exceeded my expectations on all 3. Good old fashion service and honesty is hard to find with any company today. How many of us have purchased something only to regret later that we bought from the wrong dealer? If your in the market for a buggy, parts, etc. give McDonough Powersports a call. You will not regret it!!!! Eric is straight up and about his business!

Sorry for the long story, I could say a lot more (and Eric deserves every word of it)! Now, next step is to take it out and see what it will do! I will be posting pics soon! My daughter is ready to ride!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoy doing business with Eric @ McDonough Powersports (he's been on my speed dial for quite some time now); has done a fabulous job for me also, often exceeding my expectations (this kinda service is; well, rare)...

Did anyone at all notice that Terri posted on a previous thread about Mcdonough Powersports under the ID of "buggygirl"?

I haven't seen her post again. We need to make sure she feels welcome to jump in and have fun with the group as well.

I think she lets Eric get too much of the glory (for our buiness anyways, the daily dealings r the easy stuff, but theres no doubt who really runs the business side of our biz-the Mrs.)
