Great replies. Definitely giving me a lot of food for thought. As for the reverse set up I'll get some pics up of that as well. It really has me dumbfounded since it was working great before the CVT belt went out and now that the belt has been replaced all of the sudden it is giving me fits. I adjusted the cable where it goes into the shifter both ways and it still hangs up after I take it out of reverse and then jerks into forward after about 5-10 seconds. Thanks for the advice about the boot filter I'll yank it out 1st thing tomorrow as well as try to adjust the reverse a little more. Definitely counting the days til Saturday gets here so me and my son can take a small roadtrip to bring the other buggy home. Many thanks for the great advice thus far please keep it comin'.

Try adjusting the cable on the reverse box itself....
when i can see a good photo of both sides of the box i'll give you better advice.... You may have an issue i ran into one time with a nut falling off the shaft, which held the box together basically... depends on the design of your box or not...

EJ, The best place to start is in the CVT. There is plenty to mess with in there and the first few things are cheap (Rollers, springs) This will get your feet wet and your enthusiasm for upgrades in 2nd gear! Not only is it the best bang for your buck but the mods are easy and don't require something else to be done in the process. Watch a few of our install videos and you'll see what you're in for. We walk you through each install, step by step and explain why....

Thanks. I'm already likin' it. I did the belt in my sons and that got the fire burning. I had to take it apart again because the rollers were all out of sorts and I had it torn apart and back together in under an hour so I now the CVT teardown and reassembly is pretty simple and I figured it would be the most bang for the buck. I am so pumped and ready to bring the other one home so me and the kids can spend most of the day Sunday tearin' up the yard!!! Keep the great input comin' and I'll get some pics up hopefully Sunday. I also got a possible line on a 3rd buggy tonite at work which I hope turns out as I would kinda like to get rid of The Fushin at some point as it looks like it has had some wiring issues at one time which I do not like, but we shall see.

That will definitely be the starting point and hopefully soon. gotta figure out the problem with the other one first as my kids will not tolerate both being down at the same time nor will SWMBO much more expenses at the moment.
