Ok Ok, I know Jeanne is a great chick maybe, but just call this amusing myself. Here's the latest and final rendition of continual correspondence. Also, I called eastside to get a 150cc manifold. They said they had them but they were being treated? Not sure what that is about but there must be something they do extra.

******************************************

Funny, Your somantics claim to still be about the part. Cute. Not being "experienced enough" as according to someone who knows not my age, ambition, what wars I've fought in, I decided to turn to some of the buggy newsgroups where I posted our conversations in full.

You were right, I did not see the whole picture. They all proclaimed that what you were really saying is KPX, like Ryobi, is a throw away product. The intake manifold is rubber coated aluminum smart one. Coat your entire engine as the manifold is and nothing will be warrantied.

The school of life is interesting. In it, everyone dies. Learn well. ie Drop dead.

Already got my part from eastside, no furthur comunicae needed.

Come on........grow up. One lesson you haven't learned yet is to never
assume anything. Obviously what you read isn't what you live your life by.
You don't have enough experience to insult me.

There is nothing lame about those examples, which is what they were,
examples of daily, real life experiences with businesses. We don't always
get what we want, do we? (In fact, Big O Tires is where I buy my tires.)

I'm not continuing to argue over a "30 dollar part". You seem to think you
can whine and threaten and get your way, when in fact, the part in question
is clearly not covered under warranty as is clearly stated in your manual.
My response was to point this out to you as well as to tell you I would
include these in future parts orders. If you patched it properly there would
be no loss of power from the engine. If you need the part before I can get
it, purchase it elsewhere.

You obviously have something to prove. Apparently, your formal schooling as
led you to believe you can bully your way through life. The school of life
is much more educational, and lessons learned properly from those
experiences far surpass anything obtained from a brick building and a
standardized curriculum. Relying on a piece of paper and initials behind
your name is indeed embarrassing and can hamper personal growth and the
experience of a full and rewarding life. You become blinded. So wake up,
smell the roses, and take your lumps with your sugar. The fact remains that
the part isn't covered by warranty. Period.

Too much... you would think they would have saved face long ago and given warranty to a "30 dollar part". Instead we have this all over the group... and this group isn't going anywhere fast.

We aren't spoiled, or bullying... we just expect that when something is sold saying it has a 6 month "parts warranty" things so crucial to an engine running, such as an intake manifold should quite clearly be covered. Like she admitted before... they never had one go out before. Obviously this one is then "defective".

What's that sound I hear???? I think I hear KPX sales dropping fast.

Many a time I've gone to get a part and the shop couldn't get it in for weeks, so they got the part in from a rival, why? to keep me as a customer. Maybe the 'service' part has fallen of her 'customer service' badge.

Stu from Blade mentioned this to me too. He mentioned he would do what it takes to get a part for someone... no way, he said, would he let dirty diaper like this happen to Blade Powersports.

At one time I was seriously thinking of becoming a dealer for KPX. My mind was quickly changed after reading some of the messages in this forum. Looks like you guys saved me from making a major mistake. That's too bad, cause it looks like they have a good product. But if you're gonna sell these buggies, you've also got to have access
to parts and reliable warranty support. At least someone who returns
phone calls and emails.

Funny thing is, I was having problems getting email responses from them until the anger management class began. Then I was getting them from work, from home. It was almost like the bad customer survice made them work harder.

BTW...I have no idea what Walt W, would say in such circumstances but by that point, I was just amusing myself. I have deleted and not responded to the last 3 KPX emails. Its funny, I have reversed the situation. I no longer respond and they keep emailing me. Will I break down with empathy and write a retraction?
