Here is a link to the website... READ ALL RULES!!! Know that violating ANY safety rules will mean immediate expulsion from the park!!!!!

ATV Page: http://www.emrpaintball.com/atv/index.html

RULES: http://www.emrpaintball.com/atv/rules.html

THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!

ALL RIDERS MUST COMPLETE A WAIVER---ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST HAVE A SIGNED NOTORIZED WAIVER PRIOR TO ENTRANCE IN THE PARK!!!!

Here is a page to get the forms if you cant print those I have posted below: http://www.emrpaintball.com/atv/waivers.html

Here are the forms for you to PRINT and sign before you come!!!!

ADULT WAIVER: http://www.emrpaintball.com/atv/dune1.html

MINOR WAIVER TO BE SIGNED AND NOTORIZED!!!
http://www.emrpaintball.com/atv/dune2.html

They made these waivers just for us and you should all have identical waivers so there is NO confusion... You will see on the website there are ATV waivers AND Dune buggy waivers... PRINT THE BUGGY WAIVERS ONLY if you are not riding any ATV's!!!!!

Thank you everybody!!!!!

John :D

So I would have to have it running first to ask the question?

lol...he's a real ball buster Dark... NO...You do not have to have the buggy insured OR registered to ride... YOU DO however, have to have the forms filled out properly... ie-the kids or anyone under 18, needs to have their form notorized, AND signed by mommy or daddy... Everyone else needs to fill out a form there, or hand one in already filled out! Thanks!!
