Bought a BMS 800cc buggy in June of last year and I'm still waiting on the title for the vehicle. Lack of customer service (if at all) but that is due to the very few people who work there.

For those who are thinking about buying a buggy and there is not a local dealer. Becareful, any dealer who advertises liftgate delivery to residence is full of dirty diaper!!! The buggy will NOT fit on a liftgate so unless you have your personal forklift (or 10 enormous men) you will have to pick up from the truck carrier. Lucky I had a 5 X 8 utility trailer to go get the thing. The crate was 4'10" wide and 10' plus feet long so it was interesting to say the least on my trailer. Lucky I only had to drive less than 30 miles home.
