Click on picture #377 and enlarge it.Scroll down the engine list and come to part #19-output axle this is where I'm loosing gear oil badly and lead to the post BUGGY POOP.I think it's coming from the opposite side where the gear box and variator are connected to the output axle. The ? is do I have blown seal or gasket or will I have to replace the gearbox all together? If it is seal-gasket or a new gearbox where in blue blazes will I be able to find these parts???How much will they cost?It needs fixed ASAP .MAN O MAN!!! . mancoman

ChuckO Thanks.Have you ever had to pull a buggy 250 gearbox?(How long to you are a daddy?Should be close) I lack the hydro torque tools that may be needed to do this.Does the gearbox and output axle-left and right on both sides of the buggy need to be taken apart?Let me know POPS!!! . mancoman

it could be to full or the vent line is pinched. check the vent line, its on the top of the housing, and pull the sight plug and see if gear oil runs out
