Hi all,
I need some advice how to fix the nut circled in the picture. It keeps coming loose and the lower A-arm scrapes against the disk brake. It seems that the threads on the nut are bad, and therefore the cotter pin that holds it in place keeps breaking and the wheel becomes loose. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be a great help to me. I was thinking of replacing the nut from one at Napa, and using lock tight and a lock washer to prevent the thing from coming loose. The whole wheel ends up being loose. I do have the problem on the other side, just not as bad.
Also I have a Uni Filter with a 1 10/16" throat on it and I need to replace the red 2nd stage filter. Have searched everywhere for it with no luck. Some help there would be great as well

I've had to replace those nuts on EVERY SUNL 150 kart that's come my way. They are just too loose and strip easily. Even if you don't get another castellated nut, put something else on there. The size is M12-1.25
