I Need the right intake gasket for my 800cc BMS!

Now let me back up a little. I have a lot of dirt/mud in my throttle/intake/head... got past the 'old' filter (waited too long to get the K&N)... I started pulling off parts to see how far in it got, and now I'm just hoping it's not all the way into the cylinders!

I looked up the gasket on BMSmotorparts.com and seen a intake gasket, COOL,,,, not the right one. #-o

Any ideas where I can get the right gasket? :?:

your not looking at big pressure, (ie head gasket) you should be able to make one with no problem. Just make sure it seals completely or it will really screw up the way it runs.

OK... It's all put back together. But, it still runs like dirty diaper! #-o I'm thinking about pulling off the injectors to see if the back side (fuel rail side) is clogged on any or all of them. I just hope I didn't mess up any internal engine parts... [-o< I might try some of the sensors on the intake also.

{Any pointers?} I've never messed with injectors before.

Anybody know where to get new (maybe better) injectors if I need them?

Or any other ideas what might be my problem :?:

Most of the Joyner SV800 parts should work on your BMS. Download the manual here:

You can order the parts from DoonRunr (dealer on this forum):

Go the parts store, and get a bottle of Seaclean. Poor it into your gas tank and go drive it . If it is clogged injectors, this stuff will have them clean in 20 to 30 min. That will save you the time pulling it all apart. I have used this stuff when buggys wouldnt even start, and it did the trick. Good luck.
