Thanks guys, They really did turn out nice the months of designing an drawing is starting to pay off But they aren't quite done yet, I'm having custom rotors water jet cut for them and the uprights are still needing to be finished...soon just be patient...they'll come soon...(THAT'S WHAT I KEEP TELLING MYSELF)
Hey all, Progress has been slow for the last couple of weeks but here's what I got done so far...This buggy is getting cantalever shocks so the nerf bar is there to support and protect the rear shocks, It's hard to tell in these pics but thr nerfbar and the chassis are like a corridoor that the shocks will be in..
Been pretty busy lately but made some progress with the protype cantalever rear trailing arms...Should be about bullet proof and will go both ways independant ore full swing arm, just unbolt the cross bar and add the IRS cassett...These pix are at full bump... These are a semi boxed trussed design..

Finally got the camera back, it's been gone almost a month and came back with a car door victim for a cable... I didn't like the old rear control arms so whipped up a set of new ones...7 pounds lighter than the old ones and better bearing protection...Got the front lower control arms in and raked to the angle I think will give the best handling charactoristics...Working on the uppers now... got the rack mounted for 2 brake pedals and no bumpsteer...
The 750 is back on the table and getting some major changes... Woods cars and sand cars are so unbelievably different...I had the other 750 out in Syracuse KANSAS and it really didn't like the dunes much It HONKED on the hundreds of miles of thrails there So I've whacked up the front end on this one and made the geometry changes, changed shock location, valving and spring rates, Here's the progress so far...Switched back to a 14" rack since I won't be using front brakes, and won't need the second pedal for them...Some other changes were seat placement and angle, and carb/air cleaner protection
