I have started to prototype my new buggy I call it the 750, cuz it's 7 foot wheel base and 5 foot footprint..84" X 60"..
I haven't decided on a motor yet but I have a couple to choose from...Here's some pix of the prototype...It uses a front mount radiator, room for the 4 pedals, room for a large driver,6'6" 260 pounder, I don't like the roof line so it is being changed tonight...I'll post as I go...R

Front mounted radiator? Isn't that just asking for a rear end full of hot anti-freeze? Looking good though!

Im4seven, Heres a pic of how it looks when it's finished...It's nearly bullett proof in frontal protection, The grill in front of it is 14GA.expanded metal welded to 1 1/4 dom tubing chassis, Plus there is a standard grill behind that, on the rear is the fan, shoud that is baffled down and out the floor pan

Made some changes to the roof line, re-bent the rear hoop to accomodate a larger driver, and have it referanced out the tape is just a tool to visualize, where tubes will be going, and ICG points etc...,
Since this buggy will get league raced it is getting pretty high door bars the trail version will be easier to get in and out of :D

Hey all,
Took a couple of days off from the prototyping, Heres some pix of my new hubs that are built in house...They weigh in at 2 pounds 6.02 ounces thats with the bearings installed, and will take 4 on 144mm and 4 on 156 bolt pattern wheels so all late model sport quad wheels are a bolt up deal with no wheel adapters, these are also a bolt on replacement for the Honda 250 R spindles no mods just bolt on and go.. here's the Pix... BTW.. the rotors and uprights should be done in the next week or two
