HEY ALL!!! :D

Just wanted to say hello & thanks for this forum, very helpful!

I recently purchased a Baja 250 Reaction and took it out over the weekend. So far I had to hard wire the cooling fan, something with a ground or the sender unit, wire up the radiator shroud, that snapped and my headlights seem to grow dim as I give it more gas, kinda the opposite to be a magneto or draw prob. I'll probably be asking about that lil issue. For the money I thought it did pretty good. I'll get some pics up soon of the mayhem...as much as a cn250 in a pepboys special can provide. I already have three mods in the works.

Anyway, thanks again

welcome to buggynews, is yours the br250 that has the the cat eye headlights? if so they have the wire harnes run thru the fram rail and it has no cover on the section in the frame.

we have had alot of them in here with similar trouble and the wires were skinned to where they shorted out on the frame

Yup, its the br, and I bet you that is it. I had to chase a bunch half tightened/ill ran/ leaky problems from smucks at my local pep's. Next time I'll just order the buggy and do it my self. My fan wasn't kicking on but I could trace an issue before the sender unit, maybe that is shorting also. I'm gunna wire in a manual toggle just incase.

Thanks!
