www.wescoperformance.com has off road seat belts both 4 point or 5 point, they are approved by all race sanctions. the one i brought for my peirspeed in part #50560. mounts the same as the stock belts, they're 3" lap and 2" shoulder belt. cost is around $60.00 each. the next thing you should consider would be 15gr sliders for the variator, that makes the biggest change on these engines. was $1425 for used peirspeed?

i ordered them from lafngas when he placed an order on sliding roller weights promotion#2. the 15grs weight were special made for us, they normally make 19grs,23grs, mrp dealers can order these sliders. if you're looking for 15gr weights then you can order them from www.miamimoto.com they have polini roller weights in 14.8 grs cost around $20.00. they just raised their prices, use to be $15.69. the only problem with the polini roller weights i notice is that i lost about 2/10 mph on top end. but for hill climbing and short track riding they work good.
Im happy with the purchase...my guess is that it has about a year on it. Way clean for a dirt buggy. Couple of questions,if i could. How do I change the gear oil? What would I use? Can I go synthetic all around? If I use a K&N air type air filter, therefore bypassing the air box, how do I rounte the vent tubes using the vacuum?
I cut of the "V" bar that held the usless mirror. Nice clean look now. I also need to do the headlight "mod" so that I can actually see something at night.
Is this engine a Honda based unit? Looks like Honda castings to me. Is there a performance cam? Anyone know of a "Chiltons" type manual for this thing? I prolly need to adjust the valves...

We have most of that info on here if you search titan, or peirspeed. The engine is a CN250 and you are correct, it is an old honda scooter design.
Cobra sales, the distributor for Peirspeed had a manual on their site that you will want to get. We likely have it attached here somewhere as well.
Not sure what was done to that buggy so far, but there are ways to open it up for a good deal more power. Exhaust mods and intake mods followed by rejetting will get you higher on the horsepower curve. Reducing the CVT Roller weight will help a lot as well. Recently people are experiencing good results with 15 gram slider style weights. We are still waiting to see how the sliders work out.
Play with the search function here, as you can pull a lot of info out that has already been documented on here.. Stick with Titan and Peirspeed if you want to cover that reverse gearbox, but included other 250s such as Twister 250, Blade DX and XT, SUNL 250 ,etc if you want to find things about the engine itself. The later models have different final drive systems.
