Hi weymanboyz and welcome to BuggyNews!

Can you give a bit more info?

Is it a new or used kart? Did the exhaust fall off or did it break off? If it fell off, can you bolt it back on?

Can you be more specific about what you mean by "flow tube"? Possibly post a picture of what you mean?

We're here to help, we just need more info to work with :)

thanks Mike for the quick reply it is a new cart, the problem is the hardware fell off it can be bolted back on but when I went the baja website I couldn't find if there was a gasket needed, to me it looks like a manifold gasket is this right terminology and the tube i cuoldn't guess what it's purpose is/ it just looks burnt
Thx

Hi Glenn,

There may be a gasket that is supposed to go up there. BIGE will probably know the official answer to that and I'm sure he'll post on this by morning.

As for the tube, where is it located? Where does it come from and go to? Can you post a picture?

There sure are! Click the first link in my signature below for info on what kinds of things you can upgrade, and then click here to see what I've got for sale for that buggy!

I have the same Reaction 150 buggy, just a couple years and models older. I've upgraded mine quite a bit, and it's a totally different performing machine now! The difference is really night and day.

Obviously the store did not assemble your buggy properly - This is the problem with buying a buggy from a store that does not specialize in them. My first Yerf-Dog was assembled by Pep Boys and almost fell apart before I could trailer it home. I spent a day reattaching hardware and adjusting it - What I missed, was the only problems I encountered.

Your exhaust should have to two long acorn nuts and a gasket between the exhaust and head. There are two lines that drop down on the left side of the engine:

1. Engine breather off the filter box
2. Carburetor drain line off the bowl

I suggest taking the buggy back to the store and request replacement of the parts.

Once you have these problems addressed, there are plenty of upgrades to get your buggy running better than stock.

there are 2 size nuts for the exhaust. and there is a gasket. I have the gasket , you can get the nuts at a good hardware store or parts store. if you got it from pep boys or bj's then they dont have the parts in stock and chances are they wont know what to order and will refer you to a service center.

go over that thing with a fine tooth comb, double check everything

If you have to place a order go ahead and get the roller weights while you are at it. That 150 will like it! The heavier main spring is nice too. While the exhaust is off gut it. There is all kinds of info on here about mods. for it.
