once you throw away the instructions and watch some youtube videos!!!

The bead breaker is pretty straight forward.

To put on the tire...

You need to have the valve stem of the rim UP, not down for this tire changer.

Good amount of soap and you are good to go.

I did the redneck bead set (carb cleaner into the tire and a match).

Pumped it up and ready to go!

Now I did the front tires, the back still have some life left on them.

I've been thinking of getting This one from HF. It's on sale for $35 right now.

i checked one of those out looks like it would be handy.

i wonder how they would do on a heavy side wall tire.

I bought this and unless you make an adapter our wheel center hole is way to big. it work perfect on wheel barrel and lawn mower wheels..

That harbor freight looks basically the same.

I bolted mine to the corner of my trailer frame, as i did not buy the stand for it, working with it at waist level makes a huge difference.

I changed the front tires on my 150 with ease, the rear tires I have not yet done, but they do not look that hard to do either.

Also lots of liquid soap around the rim to get it to slide on.

If I buy one, I'll probably make base to act like an adaptor for it to slide into the hitch on my trucks. That should be solid and at a good working height.

I have the slightly larger one from harbor freight that is a floor standing model. It works fine, but you definitely want to have it BOLTED securely to something, otherwise you can't get enough leverage to get the job done.

I bolted mine to my trailer frame, that worked out to be the perfect height for me.

That way i can take it with me when i travel in case blow a tire.
