Here's another write up on this thing. What is really amazing about the RZR 800 is that it was released to the public only two days ago and the amount of info that can be found on it.
This things is awsome....
I need to get off this thing before I go do an impulse purchase.

A few months ago there was a thread on what your ideal "mini-buggy" would be. Polaris just nailed it in my opinion. This thing has everything I want in a buggy and the AWD is just icing on the cake.
I cant wait to hear the end user reports on this thing. I really think it'll turn out to be more successful than the Rhino has.
Great job Polaris!

I was thinking the same thing entirely when I first read about this new unit. It hits nearly every point that we've ever made about the ideal trail buggy. It could use a little more side protection still... I've heard there are leg restraints included in the package, however.

From the video it looks like it rides a little ruff, I'd like to test one though. I think I like it
I agree, however it's quite a small machine compared to the size of those bumps. Small wheelbase and width, equals rougher ride in many respects. Kinda like how a chevy chevette rides vs a crown vic. They both have shocks, but the size of the crown vic overcomes a lot of road blemishes.
They were riding it pretty hard there, and I think it appeared to do quite well considering.
I also noticed it cornered well at speed, and didn't appear to have much roll tendencies.
