This 1800cc sandrail is not new, it is also on www.minisandrail.net and they are selling it for $9,000.00 including shipping on Ebay. I found it under go-karts. This guy from Iowa does not take credit cards so I would think twice about sending money to anyone who does not. I do not like no recourse and you have none if you do not use credit card. This 1800cc comes from a factory owned by VW in Shanghai according to an email I got from minisandrail.net They also offer a Super Charger for it for around $3,000.00. I personally prefer a Super Charger. I have an Jaguar XKR with a Super Charger and I love it. It creates way less heat and does not blow head gaskets like most Turbos. Just my 2 cents

I've seen others with that buggy on ebay (minus the turbo). I wouldnt trust anyone who claims the buggies are in stock and ship from Cali, yet the phone number is a cell numer out of IA. Plus all the times it says payment first, no-one to collect $$ at pick-up etc. Makes it sound like once they have your $$, you could show up to pick it up and its not what they stated, at best you have a CC disbute to protect yourself.

84" wide would eliminate this buggy from most (ALL) trails around here but might be a good sand/dune buggy.

Anyone own one that would like to share with us how it performs?

JAMES===Snake in the grass, It is easy to have possitive feedback on ebay when only your buddies buy from you. Look on his ebay sales sight it says "DO NOT BID" that should speek volumes!! I DO know personally how his system works.

i bought a 1100 cc from minisandrail.net last year. it was bought off ebay. and i had no trouble with getting it. the delvery time was about one week. and the guys at minisandrail.net are very helpfull and informative. they constanly send me updates on improvements that i can do , or things that need to be done for saftey.
