Your going to travel 3 days across the USA, Europe, Middle East in a vehicle......but If you don't have to stop for food it will take 2 days (more ride time!!!)

What to do.......

Gather together some heavy duty foil and try this...

Make food packets.

Wrap in the foil a combination of any or all of the following:

Ground beef, fish, bacon, onions, potatoes, peppers, mushrooms, cheese, butter, pepper, salt, almost any thing that sounds good. I have even made scrambled eggs and bacon in these!!!

Make breakfast pack, lunch packs, dinner packs before the trip and keep in a cooler.

Just before you leave put a pack on the engine block under the hood, right next to the valve cover is a good place....

Drive a few hours and stop at a rest area, open the hood and you have a hot meal waiting.

This also works in the dishwasher at home, just add a plastic bag around the foil pack to keep the water out and place in the top rack.

Got left over packs, or too tired to cook at camp from the long drive....throw them in the fire or cook them in the oven at home.

Multitasking there, running the dishwasher and cooking at the same time and saving energy too.
