Yerf Dog Service Manual...Valve clearance, etc.

I have noticed with all of this hard riding, my valves are rattling a bit on acceleration. Can anyone who knows how to adjust them write up a little how to manual? It would be most helpful.

I believe if you get ahold of the Yerfdog shop manual it should go over it pretty well...

is not this detailed :lol:

Well, there are shop manuals out there for other buggys. They are meant for hte shops though and hard to get ahold of.

what are the valve clearances on a sahara 150

I do mine .005 for both

Me too.
Manuals for the same manual have them listed differently.
So, the 0.005 is a good number for both.
If needed, you can tweak them slightly.
