The Chery 800 (812cc) is a great 3 cyl engine. Dual overhead cams, 4 valves per cylinder producing a claimed 58 horsepower with electronic fuel injection. It's very durable and makes more power than any other stock 800 China buggy.

The quickest way to pickup an additional 5 horsepower is to gut the cat and replace the lousy stock air cleaner with a K&N. I'll post a video of my 800 here in the next few days.

Thanks for the quick response guys. Team Farm it is in the new Sand Reeper. I will be carrying them soon and wanted to know as much as i can about the Chery812cc. The good and the bad, I need to know what to expect and how to address any problems and what mods are available. BTW I live in Florida.

Those are pics from McCoy Motorsports in Pikeville, Kentucky.
I've been there many times.
Good people.
They are the East Coast distributor for Reepers.
